PetTrust.io Completes State-Specific Pet Trust Coverage for Every U.S. State

· PetTrust.io

PetTrust.io has completed a state-by-state program upgrading its pet trust document packets so that every U.S. state now has instruments drafted to its own pet trust statute — the correct citation, the enforcement role that state actually creates, and that state’s execution workflow.

The state-by-state review preserved each statute’s distinctive requirements rather than flattening them into a generic form. West Virginia’s documents use the state’s “Grantor” terminology and honor its written-trust rule; Louisiana’s follow civil-law conventions including parishes; Washington’s reflect the statute’s coverage of vertebrate animals; and states with protector-style enforcement roles — including Illinois, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Wyoming — carry those roles by their statutory names.

Each packet is produced by a guided questionnaire and includes the operative trust agreement, an information schedule, funding checklist, care instruction schedules, emergency and wallet cards, and state-specific signing instructions. One packet covers every pet in a household.
